Etiquette Extra - Featured Emily Post Trainer

Stacia Skinner of Creative Training Solutions, Maryland, USA

Why did you decide to work in the field of etiquette training?

I believe that etiquette is a lost art in today's business world. It is important for people to understand that people skills are just as important as the skills they need to do a specific job. Etiquette is really the benchmark to success. I want to be able to help people to be their very best.

How do you use your Emily Post training?

The training I received through Emily Post is sprinkled in every training I do. Most of the training I do pertains to sales (cold calling, pipeline management, selling skills) and sales coaching. Etiquette is placed somewhere within all of my programs to help my participants maximize their opportunities and know how to handle themselves in a variety of situations.
