Hi Eri, So glad you're digging the new format! So the substack I signed up for is not Dr. Wayne Dyer, I've heard of him before, but this is Dean Dwyer, just a guy who helps people with body image journeys sharing his perspectives on behavioral change. His substack is called The Psychology of Weight Loss - I don't know any of his credentials, but I like thinking about behavioral change and there was some good food for thought in his posts so I signed up for his free subscription. (The Smitten Kitchen Digest, Dan Pfeiffer's The Message Box and Letters from Tuscany are the others that I follow as of now, but I haven't had much time to read them!! haha!) Have fun exploring Substack and if you find anything you want to share please do!
Hi Lizzie, I will admit that my heart gave a little flutter when I saw your quick response and now I understand what it’s like to be a fan girl 😊 When you said that you and Dan wanted this to be a place to have more direct communication with your listeners, I really felt it in this interaction ❤️
Thank you so much for the correction on the correct substack, which I am excited to explore. I have been a long time follower of the Smitten Kitchen blog did not know that Deb had a Substack so will go and check that out also.
As a listener from your Dinner Party Download days, I have found your podcasts so helpful, not only for me personally, but also professionally in supporting my clinic patients. Thank you to you and Dan and the Awesome Etiquette podcast community!
Lizzie, I was interested in learning about Dr. Wayne Dyer’s work, especially as a someone who works with people around behavior change. I tried looking for his Substack feed, but couldn’t find it though did find his webpage. Would you be able to post a link? To be honest, I would love to see links for both you and Dan’s!
