The Saturday Sip: August 5, 2023
Your etiquette tip, quote and an Emily Post Cookbook recipe to start your weekend off right!
The Tip
When hosting a larger gathering with multiple hosts, it can be helpful to have an identifier to signal who is a host. You might all wear the same color or a pin, or your name tag (if using them) might be in a different color from the guests. Whatever signal works for the cohosts is great as long as it’s easy for guests to pick up on or identify.
The Recipe
Emily’s Lemon Chiffon Pie presents as a pretty easy recipe with few ingredients and steps to get this delicious dessert. Emily’s recipe relies heavily on the cook being able to see the visual structure of the recipe, so our typed version has notations to help you know what direction involves which ingredients. We hope you’ll give this one a try!
